Wieters/Kracht/Osthoff/Boda/Noren

Someone from my family did some research in the past and came up with the
following names, dates and places. Any assistance would be appreciated. Also,
any historical information about Germany during the time period of 1800-1900
would also be appreciated. Was it under a king, or some other form of
government? A few entries list a Norddrebber Province, Hannover, Germany. Others
just list Norddrebber. How was the city divided during this time period?
Thanks for your help! Any and all information is requested and appreciated!
