Some help needed

Hi everybody reading this message!

I'm busy with seraching my family rooths. My great grandfather's father came
from Germany. His name was Frans Josef Lücke and he was born in Westfalen in
the year 1834. At some point he moved to Finland, which at the 19th century
was a part of Russia. He was roman-catholic. He married a lutheran girl in
Finland and they had 7 children.

My question is, how can I find his date and place of birth and the time of
moving to Finland? (Free Family research and all "auswanderungen" lists are
checked, also with a proffesional familyresearcer, but so far nothing). I
found one match in "FamilySearch" international Genealogical index v5.0:
Franz Joseph Lucke, christenign 19 SEP 1834 Katolisch, Peckalesheim,
Westfalen, Preussen, but can not be sure, that he is the person to be looked
for.

Are there in Germany other places to find out?

I would highly appreciate any kind of information!

Hello Tuulikki
The FRANS JOSEPH LUCKE BORN IN Peckelsheim is
possibly not the person you want.
I think this Frans Joseph married in November 1867
in Peckelsheim
His wife is Maria Sommer
the batchnumber is M986463

unless
the girl he married in Finland and had children with
is by chance called Sommer???

good luck
Herbert(Pithan)

Dear Tuulikki,

Do you have any marriage documents of the seven children?
Normally, they should state the name of the father and the name of the mother, as well. Maybe it is useful to find out also the name of the mother (wife of Frans Joseph Lucke / Lueke).
Best regards,
Elke
