I have a telephone-CD from 2004. I wrote Seehausen and Sieg(e)ler and the following answers came up. I did found out that there must be in Leipzig a place which was called seehausen.
I did find Siegeler with its eleven children at LDS. Maybe you should get in contact with the supplier of that information. Everything else seems pretty difficult.
