That`s not necessarily only a farm name. Found seven telephone-entries for 1998 with SCHOH as a family-name. I give you the place-names, so you might be able to find the full entries by www.telefonbuch.de. One in Bad Wildungen, one in Hannover (town), one in Nordhorn, one in Oldenburg, one in friedeburg, one in Friedeburg and the last one in Lüdinghausen.
