I am trying to trace my grandparents in Gremany from about 1874 till 1910.

Wilheim Heinrick August HAGEDORN .. Born Berlin about 1874 Ocupation Farmer . No other details available

Augustee SARONSKI Born Lasdehnen, Pillkallen, East Prussia 22.06.1874 From Death Certificate

They married, and lived, in Berlin on 24.07.1898 From naturalisation papers

They had 3 sons

Fritz Hans HAGEDORN Born Berlin 16.02.1897 From naturalisation papers

karl George HAGEDORN Born Berlin 15.10.1901 My father

Willie HAGEDORN Born Berlin 13.05.1904 From death certificate

They departed Germany early April 1910, for the UK, as they sailed to Australia from London on the OSTERLEY on the

15.04.1910. Arriving in Brisbane, Australia on 20.05.1910. (I dont know if the Osterley started from Germany.)

The passenger list shows that there were 75 adults and 27 children from Germany who travelled together and settled in
Queensland.

Hi Peter.

                     Give me a few days to check on the Queensland connection for you, unfortunately yesterday I had a massive computer failure & am in the process of getting things back to where I can again conduct some research, I do also recall the name HAGEDORN being hyphenated to my family name of HINTE in some USA records, although for the life of me I am not sure just were (maybe Ancestry.com?)
