The names of the towns i posted were taken from the official marriage info in Halle, the marriage took place around
1880-81. I know from history, wars, etc. and and the take over from Getmany by Russia many are a town names were changed etc, plus the fact that it was more than 120 years ago. Franz was born in Oreienbaum according to family info, the marriage info and his death certificate .Since his children gave the info and had been born and lived in the same area before immigrating to USA they might have it right!
