I have an ancestor, Anne Catharine SCH�TTKER or Prange (1737-1806), of No. 13 Eisbergen, who married Franz Heinrich Adolph SIEKMANN, originally from Langenholzhausen, Lippe. Franz was a widower: he came to Eisbergen and married first Anna Marie Elisabet KORFF of Veltheim, widow of Johann Heinrich PAPE of No. 71 Eisbergen. Anna Marie died, leaving Franz with No. 71, and he then married Anne Catharine SCH�TTKER or Prange as his second wife. Their daughter, Catharina Sophie Elisabet Siekmann (1775-1840) was my great-great-great-grandmother. She married Jobst Heinrich KRUMME of Calldorf. Their 1800 marriage proclamation was also read in Hausberge and Varenholz. A daughter of Jobst Heinrich and Catharina Sophie Elisabet was Sophie Louise Krumme, who married Carl Diderich MEYER of No. 21 Eisbergen. They emigrated to Sheboygan, Wisconsin, America in 1848.
