Pensionaius is that (Verwalter) - administrator ?

Notarius is that a Notary ?

Yes, but it must not be a judical office of a lower district court.
It could be also a non-lawyer, for example a Councillor.

Pensionaius is that (Verwalter) - administrator ?

Pensionarius
The "Hilfswoerterbuch fuer Historiker" tells us, it's someone who
make payments, pay a rent, like a Erbpaechter, a so-called hereditary
tenant.

Notarius is that a Notary ?

Usually yes, but in the past sometimes also a secretary or a
municipal clerk was called notary.
