Munich/M�nchen is south of the area I'm researching, which is the Canton of Salzgitter. Most of the documents I've been looking at mention "Westfalia". I don't know which archive you need to approach for Munich, but documentation for 'my' area is scattered in the archives of Salzgitter, Wolfenbuttel, Goslar and the Ev. Church Braunchweig!
