Hallo Listenfreunde,
I can´t express myself in German.
This is my first email to the group.
I live in Florianópolis, Brazil.
I am searching for the ancestors of Heinrich Plentz ( it could be Plenz), my ancestor who comes to Brazil, from the Kreuznach area.
Thank you very much,
Emílio José Plentz
A litle history:
Two brothers come to Brazil in 1846, to Lomba Grande, São Leopoldo - RS - Heinrich Plentz and Elizabetha.
Two other went to New Riegel-USA in 1848: Nikolas / Nikolaus Plentz and Margaretha Plentz.
Anton remained in Germany, he lived in Cologne.
I am in contact with a person in USA that has 9 letters betwin Nikolas, Heinrich and Anton. Only one is scanned, if some one wants, I can send a copy. It a letter from Anton to Nikolas, it has no date, but he tels the name of his children.
There are another Anton Plentz, who comes to Brazil in 1845, with wife and a son, to Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro.
