Phiek?

Hello
I am trying to work out what 'Phiek' is short for. I understand Greth, Dorthe, Trin etc but what is Phiek? Could it possibly be Sophie?

Thank you very much for the table of given names and variants. You might also have added a couple of notes that open the door to other variants. For example:
The final "e" in German is pronounced much like the final "a" in English: thus, Caroline and Carolina would sound much the same in German and English. There is a slight difference in German which is not always noticed.
Whenever a name begins with a hard "C' the letter "K" can be substituted.
Also, some other names can have the same aka as the ones given. For example: My German grandmother's given name was "Karoline" in Germany, but it was always spelled "Caroline" in English, and she was known throughout her life as "Lena".

With the help of your table, I feel many new avenues of search will be opened up. Thank you once again, and thank you, Leonie, for asking the question. You both have helped more researchers than you might think.
