Can and one tell me where the surname Sawitzki came from? It was either East Prussia, West Prussia or Germany.

Hello,
I know, that there is a family named Swatzki in East Prussia but I guess
that there are many families with this surname in all parts of (the former)
germany.
Furthermore I know a village "Sawadden" in East Prussia, it is perhaps
one of the origins of this surname. An other possibility is, that Sawatzki
comes from the polish name Sawa. The roots of this name are definitly
polish.
