Forgive me for not writing in German as I am not versed enough to do so and for taking so long to respond to this message.
My ungrossvater Ludwig Kröpelin emigrated from Germany in 1867 and the ship's manifest listed him as coming from
"Stralsund bie Griefswald." I have reason to wonder about this as his birth place as his sister, Fredericka, emigrated the same year
and stated her city/town as Röbel or Bruslow.
Do youhave any knowledge of these people.
