I am researching the names of KARBERG & KOPKE. I have obtained information from Kraatz on Georg Christoph Friedrich Karberg & Marie Friederike Charlotte Franke who married on 23 October 1824 in Kraatz. They had a daughter Ottlie and a son, Hermann Karberg. Ottilie married Johann Carl Wilhelm Kopke. My great-grandmother, Emilie Othilie Adolphine Auguste Koepke was 7 when she and her parents and grand-parents came to the USA in October of 1866. Johann KARBERG was a bricklayer and was from Grauenhagen in Mecklenburg. I do not have the date of marriage for Otilie Karberg & Johann Carl Wilhelm Kopke or their places of birth. I do not have the place of birth for my great-grandmother either. I believe some of this information could be in Grauenhagen. Please advise me of whom it write to or e-mail.
