The correct query is this:
I am seeking information about Johann HERBER, who was born before 1755, and died in Feyen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. He married before 1772, Margaretha Peters, who was born before 1755, and died in Feyen. They had a son, Johann(es) HERBER, who was born 1772, Feyen, and died 27 March 1844, Merzig, Saarland, Germany.
I would like to know when and where Johann HERBER was born, and the names of his parents.
