I have an ancestor who says she was from Helmershausen der Hofgeismeirs,
Hannover in 1865 and before.
Can you help me locate this place?

Aus meiner Sicht ist es Helmershausen bei Meiningen und Hofgeismar bei Hann. M�nden.
The only thing they have in common that they are near the Werra river which flows into the Weser river and ultimately to Bremen and Bremerhaven into the North Sea..
