I am seeking information on Johann Diedrich Grabhorn from Oldenburg.
From family records, I have Johann Diedrich Grabhorn born Before. 1827 in
Duchy of Oldenburg. He married Eleonor(e)a Margaretha (Schöder) Schreuder.
She was born Before1827 also in Duchy of Oldenburg.
Their child is Anna Catherina/e Dorothe/a Christiana/e Grabhorn b. 15 Nov
1805, Duchy of Oldenburg d. 08 Aug 1887, Tietjerksteradeel
(Tytsjerksteradiel), Friesland, Netherlands. I do not know the parish.
I have from another family researcher a Johann Diedrich Grabhorn who was
born on 27 May 1766 in Oldenburg Bockhorn parish. This Johann Diedrich
is descended from the Grabhorn family that originates from Klosterhof
Grabhorn of Bredehorn Monastry, via Grabstede, County of Oldenburg (now part
of Bockhorn, Friesland, Lower Saxony, Germany). This Johann Diedrich is
the son of Johann Bernhardt Grabhorn b. 17 Aug 1731 and Elisabeth Bruns who
were married 19 Jun 1755.
I am hoping that a fellow subscriber will be able to assist me in
establishing a birth date or parents for my familys Johann Diederich
Grabhorn or the parish in which he and Eleonor(e)a Margaretha (Schöder)
Schreuder were married; or perhaps in which their daughter Anna was born.
Alternatively, perhaps someone has a marriage date and name of wife for the
second Johann Diedrich Grabhorn - to see the two Johanns are the same
person.
Any information on this family to help establish a link between these two
individuals or to assist my Grabhorn research will be greatly appreciated.
