German Children's Poem

Hello Everyone,

I have a request for anyone who can speak Low German. My father learned a
little poem when he was a boy and taught it to me when I was a child. It
was just 4 short lines, but I can't remember the last 2.
I'll spell it phonetically the way he used to say it---hope someone can come
up with the low German translation of the last 2 lines.
Thank you for any help.

Ain, schvay, dray,
Day cotta lupin schnay........

It meant: 1, 2, 3,
The cat jumps(runs) in the snow,
              When he comes out,
                    He has white pants on.

Also, versucht es in Eurer Muntersprache:

I don't reall yknow the plttdeutsch version, but in the area where I grew up
(near Osnabrck) I think it would have been:
...
und wenn se wedder rut kan ...

in Hochdeutsch: raus kam

Ist das plausibel?
