Would Anroechte have been part of Prussia in 1880? Have ancestor from Anroechte and his passenger list says Prussia.

Anroechte ist 30 to 40 km east of Dortmund - today North-Rhine-Westfalia -
but in former times it belonged to Prussia. There exists a CD "Emmigrants
from the Rhineland", but Anroechte could be Westfalia. I�m not sure about
that.
