Am planning on making family history book and would like to make it up for
selling to the family members.

My question is Do I need permission from the people who's name will be
listed in this family history book ???

I don't know if you have to get permission but you should. Why not do a
family book going backwards from your parents and siblings or grandparents and
leave the living folks out? You can include blank pages at the end of the
book so they can write in their own family information. Putting out personal
information on living persons can leave them open to identity theft.
