Do you know of any software (hopefully freeware) that converts GEDCOM data into Ortsippenbuch format?

Or, to widen the question a bit, do you know of any source for obtaining Ortsippenbuch information in digital format, either online or on CD? Or anyone undertaking this project?

While in Ostfriesland recently, I obtained a listing of 100 OST's. Since most of these were published in very recent years (1980 and later), it is likely that they existed in digital format at some point in their preparation. Is there any way to recover the information in digital format?
