I would like to thank Axel for the information he sent on the Fingerhuth family of Angerstein.
This leads me to research the Rohrig family of Angerstein.
Friedrich Fingerhuth married Marie Catherine Rohrig at Angerstein in 1789. She was born in 1761.
Does anyone have further information on this Rohrig family or are descended from them?
