I found the following in references to the book you were interested in, however, since I don't read German, I am not sure what it is all about. If you use Google's translation, it translates the title and the authors name as well, so you are still in the dark.

The Family History Center has a copy, but I have a feeling that there is just one and it is in the Salt Lake location. It appears that Harvard has a copy. There should be someone out there who can locate one.
