A. Wertheim was a warehouse in Berlin with several locations (for example in Rosenthalerstr. and Oranienstr.).
In Leipziger Str. (No. 111) it first appears from 1893-1897, then (starting 1898) in Leipziger Str. 132 and 133, later Leipziger Str. 132-137... So if you know the house number you can estimate the time period when the picture was taken (or copied?) very well.
