English translation:

Hello Paul,
my mother (born 1930 in Lehmwasser near Charlottenbrunn) remembers a
schoolteacher Krinke. Krinke was schoolteacher at the Protestant school
in Lehmwasser until 1945 and was not recruited during the war. She does
not know his first name. The second teacher at this school was called
Rieger. Schoolteacher Krinke lived at Bad Charlottenbrunn in one of the
Swiss houses on the right-hand side of the street which led to Karlshain.
Unfortunately my mother cannot recall the name of the street, for this
she would need a map of Bad Charlottenbrunn. The name Zebe she cannot
remember either, but she said that the wife of schoolteachter Krinke
was a blond, always well-dressed woman.

Perhaps this will help you further
Kind regards
Ursula

Dear Ursula (and Bernd):

Wonderful information! Thank you very much!

You have also provided me with a clue about
my great-uncle Julius. I've never been able
to find any reference to him in the Catholic
churchbooks I've checked. Perhaps I should
have been looking in Evangelical churchbooks!

Thanks again!

With very warmest regards,
Paul Zebe
