Looking for an idea here... In searching the net for information in the S-A area of Colbitz / Meseberg / Ackendorf / Drackenstedt,
I keep running across the term "Ear circle" as having some significance in that area... Anyone have any idea what this means?

It appears that Colbitz is in the county (Kreis) of Ohrekreis which
literally means "Ear Circle".
