I am writing in both German and English so that all can understand. German first
Deutsch:
Uebernaechste Woche fahre ich nach Deutschland um Kunden zu besuchen, und anschliessend dazu habe ich vor eine Woche Urlaub dort zu machen. Ich moechte drei Orte in Baden-Wuerttemberg besuchen, die meine Vorfahren 1782 - 1804 verlassen haben um nach dem damaligen Preussischpolen umzuziehen. Die Orten sind Korb (bei Stuttgart), Fluorn, und Trichtingen.
Ich moechte gerne die Inventuren und andere alte Urkunden aus dieser Zeit fuer diese Doerfer einsehen. Waeren solche Buecher noch am Ort vorhanden oder soll ich sie im Stuttgarter Archiv suchen? Geburts- Heirats- und Sterbeeintraege habe ich schon fuer die Auswanderer aus den Mikrofilmen der Kirchenbuecher. Daraus wiess ich ungefaehr wann sie abgezogen waren. Ich moechte nun mehr ueber die Umstaenden die damals herrschten erfahren. Kennt jemand unter euch die richtige Personen die mir in diesen Orten helfen koennten?
Die Familien hiessen wie folgendes:
Aus Fluorn: Johannes Lehmann mit Frau, vier Soehne und zwei Toechter, ist 1782 nach Klein Murzyn (bei Hohensalza - Inowroclaw) gezogen.
Aus Trichtingen: Marcus Dreher mit Frau und Schwiegereltern ist 1782 nach Posen gezogen. Seine Schwiegereltern sind weiter nach Marienwerder gezogen, aber Marcus blieb in der Naehe von Strzelno (Slawsko?).
Aus Korb: Matthaeus Schmidt ist 1804 in Bulkowo in Preussischpolen erschienen. Genau wann er Korb verlassen hat ist mir unbekannt. Er haette so frueh wie 1800 abfahren koennen (ein Kind ist 1800 in Korb geboren), oder er haette erst 1803 Korb verlassen haben (ein 15 woechiges Kind ist 1804 in Bulkowo gestorben).
Ich freue mich auf jeden Hinweis, und besonders wenn jemand diese Familien oder Orte auch forscht. Vielen herzlichen Dank im Voraus.

The week after next, I will be travleing to Germany on business to visit several customers, and in conjunction with this trip, I plan to take a week of vacation. I would like to visit three villages in Baden-Wuerttemberg, which my ancestors left between the years of 1782 and 1804 in order to emigrate to the then prussian-controlled areas of Poland. The villages are Korb (near Stuttgart), Fluorn, and Trichtingen.
I would like to view the Inventur and other old records of these villages for this time period. Would these villages still have the original records, or should I look for them in the Stuttgart archives? I have already found the birth, marriage and death records for all these people in the microfilms of the church records. From these records, I know the approximate dates of their departures. I would like to learn more about the circumstances that were present. Does anyone know of anyone in these villages that might be able to help me?
The families are as follows:
From Fluorn: Johannes Lehmann moved to Klein Murzyn (near Hohensalza - Inowroclaw) in 1782 with his wife, four sons,and two daughters.
From Trichtingen: Marcus Dreher moved to the Posen district in 1782 with his wife and in-laws. His in-laws then moved on to Marienwerder, but Marcus stayed in the area near Strzelno (Slawsko?).
From Korb: Matthaeus Schmidt appeared in the then prussian-controlled area of central Poland in 1804 in the settlement of Bulkowo. I do not know the exact year of his departure. He could have left as early as 1800 (shortly after the birth of a child in Korb), or he could have left in 1803 (shortly before the death of a 15-week-old child in Bulkowo in 1804).
I would be happy to hear from anyone with suggestions of hints, especially if someone else is also researching these vlllages and/or families. I thank you in advance for any assistance you may provide.
