Could someone translate this for me, please?

Thank you so much! So, basically it's the second part of a high school
textbook?

On the inside left cover at the top is a white sticker that says B.
Westermann and Co., New York, 812 Broadway.

And there is a handwritten name, Anna M. Haas, plus what looks like Pem.
East Bryn Miam Coll??? I have no idea. Some kind of college? Someone's
collection? The only word I am sure on is East.

    Sounds like the inscription may refer to Bryn Mawr college in Philedelphia,
Pennsylvania [Pennsylvania used to be abreviated PENN vs PA].
