   I'm sorry - I don't speak German but can probably get Google translate to work if needed.

   I'm descended from Johann Friedrich Budde and Eva Dorothea Witten from Woldegk, Germany through my great great grandmother Wilhelmina Budde b. 1834 and Johann Carl Friedrich Kummerow.    She immigrated to Cleveland, OH in the 1870s.    Our family kept in touch with Budde family members through the 1980s in Woldegk and elsewhere in Germany.    This branch of my family has been unusually active at preserving and collecting family history.
