Bruss, Schrieber, Schallock, Milbrath

Hello List,
I am trying to find more generations on my family Bruss, who married Schrieber, and thus also Schallock and Milbrath. These people came from Benz, Nemitz, Grabow, and Gulzow, all in Kreis Cammin. I am interested in finding out more information on where the records of these towns might be. I have visited the villages and towns and of course found nothing but old cemeteries, and the churches that are no long German Evangelical but are now Polish and in most cases Catholic.
Any information on land records etc. greatly appreciated. My Bruss relatives came to America in April 1882.

Hallo Sigrid,

der Kreis Cammin ist die heutige nordwestlichste Ecke von Polen,
war also Pommern.
Deswegen nehme ich an, bei den gesuchten Orten wird als Bezugsort das
Rosenberg in Westpreussen, nahe der Grenze zu Ostpreussen gemeint
sein. Habe ihr das gerade mitgeteilt.(Ich glaube, Beverly ist
ein weiblicher Vorname).

Hallo Bernd und Liste
Der Name Beverly und auch Carol wird auch f�r das m�nnliche Geschlecht
benutzt. Im Gegensatz zu Deutschland wo es vorgeschrieben ist eine klare
Bestimmung von Vornamen zu haben gibt es sowas in Nordamerika nicht.
Nordamerika in diesem Falle ist Kanada und die USA
