Hi,
I came across this free certificate exchange website which is where people
who have obtained incorrect certificates put the names on view and give
contact details. By clicking on "Birth" all the names appear on the
screen - same thing for deaths and marriages. There are not many names but
it's a start 
German BMD Exchange
This webpage gives links for all other countries who are participating in
the exchange scheme - Be aware some sites, such as Scotland are free
exchanges (which is where you will find my excess Scottish document details)
but I noticed one other website charges for certificates he has collected:-
