I am trying to verify that my Great Grandfather, Albert Emil Bieling was born in Oldenburg in 1849. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1869 on the S.S. Hansa out of Bremen. To the best of my knowledge his father was George J.A. Bieling and his mother was Johanna Bergers. If anyone has any information I would truly appreciate your help.
