I'm looking for any information about Robert and Annie Atkinson who lived in Magdeburg, Prussia from 1864-1876. Robert was a master boilermaker from England. They were living at Bahnhofstrasse 27 in 1864. In 1876, they lived at Bahnhofstrasse 29 d
and was listed as
a master boilermaker.
They had 6 children (possibly more but they died) whilst they were in Magdeburg. Robert, Edward, Joseph, Charles, Edwin and Emmie.
Any new information about the childrens' births, deaths and any passenger records would be much appreciated.
The Family History Library has many Evan. Parish records for Magdeburg in
the film collection. These are for the years 1808=74. You can order them
to a Family History Center in NZ if you want to.

There is an online database for Magdeburg. Unfortunately the surname
ATKINSON is not among them. Should you have any other surnames you might
want to take a look at it. http://www.online-ofb.de/famlist.php?ofb=magdeburg&b=A&lang=de The
listings are in German, but you should be able to figure it out. At the
top, click on the first letter of the last name & it takes you to the page
that starts with that letter. When you click on a name it takes you to a
