I just recently came across a mention that Arnold Kreke came from Niedersachsen.
Would anyone have any info about him? He died in Effingham, Illinois in 1855.
It is very possible that Johan Bernard and Johan Henrich Kreke of Effingham County,
Illinois were his brothers.
Have all his desendants and his marriage to Gertrude Dreismann and would like very
much to have his birthdate and place and whatever else is known about him in Germany.
If anyone wants his American history, I'll be glad to furnish it.
