I have a record which reads Bernadine ZUMSANDE, born in Nukel-Cloppenburg,
Oldenburg in 1825.
Any suggestions on the correct name of her village would be appreciated.

I would suspect that the village should be Nutteln which is part of
today's Cappeln in the Landeskreis (County) Cloppenburg. The name was
probably Zum Sande or to the sand.
