My name is Mira Olson and I live in Mesa,Arizona,USA. My
mother was born in Ostlinde,Schlesien Kreis Grunberg. I am
so sorry this is written in English, but I am not able to
write in German. I do, however, understand the written
word(somewhat with my mother's help), and I do speak the
language. I am looking for information on the ancestors of
August Zachert, born 1894 in Bruchdorf,Schlesien Kreis
Grunberg. I know that his parents were named August &
Ottile Zachert. Ottile was born a Hensel. I do not know the
year of birth of August & Ottile nor the city they were born
in. I can only assume they both lived in Bruchdorf.
I am also looking for information regarding my grandmothers
family. She was Agnes Zachert, born Taschik in Ostlinde,
Kreis Grunberg. Born 1903 to Johann & Agnes Taschik. I am
looking for information regarding Johann & Agnes Taschik;
dates of birth etc.
Is there anyone out there who could suggest a place for me
to start looking for this information? Thanks for your time

name of Ostlinde before 1937 was Schussenze. Bruchdorf is 2 km in NE.
Zusatz: Es scheint wieder in jener Gegend zu liegen, die erst 1920 an
Schlesien kam.

Ostlinde hie� erst ab 1937 so. Davor hie� dieser Ort Schussenze, heute
Ciosaniec. Vor 1937 war es auch Kreis Bomst und nicht Gr�nberg.Zu dieser
Gemeinde geh�ren die Orte Schussenze, Schenawe, Droniki und Bruchdorf. Bei
den Mormonen gibt es die katholischen Kirchenb�cher von 1818 bis 1874, sowie
die Standesamtb�cher von 1874 bis 1912.
Hoffentlich hat es etwas geholfen
