Hello Annette, hallo Wolfgang,
in the book "Das Kirchspiel (parish) Emstek" by Hugo Kemkes I found a Johann
Hermann Knagge born 1712 in Garthe, Emstek. He was the son of Johann Henrich
Knagge and Margarta Diekhüsen. Johann Henrich father was the Henrich from
1703.

This sounds very good Gunter and Werner! I never found another KNAGGE
in the Visbek church book so I wondered what other church he could be
from.
Gunter - in the Visbek chuch book on the same day as the marriage for
Johann Hermann Knagge and Catherine Elizabeth Lampe, there is a second
marriage for a "Heinrich"?? Knagge to a Maria Gertrude Lamp . To me, it
looks like 2 brothers marrying 2 sisters. Does the book "Das Kirchspiel
Emstek" show brothers to Johann Hermann Knagge? This could make it even
more clear they are the same people. (Although those first names repeat
so much!)
