Ginger,

You have obviously looked at a list appearing under
http://genealogy.drefs.net/ .
in that list there is offered genealogical information by (in this rather
strange order):
People's last name, first name, volume, town, page (in volume), county name,
Kammer (i.e. 'Domnen-Kammer', a Prussian administrative region), deanery
(i.e. church administrative district), parish, remarks.

Gadziatkw was a 'Vorwerk' (hence the abbreviation 'Vw.' behind the place
name), a small, outlying estate, just outside the county seat of Grtz
(today called Grodzisk Wielkopolski in the Polish administrative region of
Wielkopolski). You may want to write to the town of Grodzisk Wielkopolski
and ask for details, however, it is not very likely that Gadziatkw still
exists, since it does not show up on more detailed maps of the area. One
last remark: 'Piantek, Gross' is the way genealogy.drefs.net list what was
actually called 'Gross Piantek'.
