What does "Eigenhöriger" mean? I've seen this term associated with men
who are "Beerbter" of farms.

The farming community was subdivided into three categories till 1800:
Freie Eigentümer (free ownser) must pay only tax to State, Hofhörige (enslaved?) personal free but must pay and service to the landlord and Leibeigene or Eigenhörige (in bondage?) was not free and must pay and service to lord of the manor.
I hope the translation is correct.
