Neyn/Neigen

Geehrter Liste

I'm looking for a location (from Landsarchiev NRW Westfalen):

"Neyn (1550 Neigen)",

which is locakted (as per the description) "zwischen Corbecke und Borgentreich".
If the last two are Korbecke and Borgentreich this leaves a stretch of a bit short of a 100 miles, so I'm in doubt that fits but I'm not familiar with potential alternatives. Additional info is "der Wüstenei zu Neyn", in which I take "Wüstenei" to be "rural" (or even worse "wilderniss" or "wasteland"). Where in the wilderness is Neyn/Neigen suposed to be?

Dear Martijn,

the only place name which sounds close to "Neyn/Neigen" in this area is Niesen. Körbecke and Borgentreich belonged to the Kreis Warburg, there you can also find Niesen.
