I was working on some genealogy for a friend and found out her gg-grandfather was listed as having come from Welterblicken, Hanover. I cannot locate this place. Perhaps it is the name of a farm. Does anyone have any knowledge of this location? The name is Westerheide.

I was working on some genealogy for a friend and found out her gg-grandfather was listed as having come from Welterblicken, Hanover. I cannot locate this place. Perhaps it is the name of a farm. Does anyone have any knowledge of this location?
The township listing of hannover (Gemeindelexikon, 1895, Prov. Hannover) does not list a place like that.
Two suggestions:
(a) "die Welt erblicken" (to take a glimpse of the world) is an idiom for "getting born" . Maybe a mix-up there ?
Hannoveraner, gab es ein Krankenhaus o.�. das so hiess ??

It could be the place Wettbergen. Since 1974 a district of Hanover.

Aidaonline (Findbook Niedersächsisches Landesarchiv) has some Westerheides from Eppendorf, parish Borgloh (near Osnabrück) who emigrated 1863 to Cincinatti:
