Hello,
I have found the Citizenship Records from the University of Cincinnati for Bernard Wehrkamp. He was 29 years old from Prussia. He left out of Bremen and the entry port was New Orleans on 15 May 1849. The document date was 11 Feb 1851 Vol.3 Pg.119. I hope this information helps someone.
