Unknown Occasion

  I need help identifying an unknown occasion.
   
  I have a photograph of a young girl of perhaps 9 to 12 years old standing between two younger girls. Each is dressed in fine clothes -- beautiful dresses, shoes, hair pieces apparently made of flowers and bows. The taller girl in the center is holding up a basket of flowers by its handle, and the basket has a wide ribbon with a bow at each end which is held by both of the younger girls. I do not know the date.
   
  Any ideas? I can send an image if needed.

Hi Dave,
send me the image.
Basket were used with ribbons were used often at a wedding for
the flower- girl.
