I believe my father-in-law attended the University of Rostock before leaving Germany. We have not been able to trace his leaving or arriving in the U.S. ... but he told us that he left in 1929. Is there some way to get records about his attendance at the University of Rostock if we estimated that he was there approximately 1911-1929?
