Staatsarchiv in Wroclaw als Antwort fuer Brief von 17-09-2012 teilt mit,
dass von versunkten Akten des Kreisgerichts in Katy wurden Za. 20
Grundbuecher betr. Katy wroclawskie von JAhren 1831-1939 gefunden.
Das klingt in der Tat so, als ob andere Akten nicht mehr vorhanden sind. Aber sind denn die vom Hochwasser betroffenen Akten nicht geborgen worden?

Es tut mir leid, aber ich verstehe Antwort von Archiv genau wie Sie.
Es kann jedoch auch sein, dass Akten waren kopiert und man kann es in
anderem Platz finden.
Jedoch ich kenne Archiv-Prozeduren leider nicht.
