This editorial comment is from the early 1970's, and was made by a since
deceased Canadian commentator during the Watergate/Vietnam Era. It may be
perfectly appropriate now, but please do not get the idea that is a fresh
response to the recent
tragedy. Other countries are lending a hand in this time of crisis and it is
much appreciated.
