I read it as :
Die Ehefrau Catharina KOSCINSKY und zwei minorenne Kinder ANNA u CATHARINA.
minorenne means minor/ infant.

Here is one that appears quite difficult. It is a death record written in
the
prussian language. I am looking at the middle part of the page. It lists
the children, I believe, as Anna and Catherina.
