One more question to you, when I write should I translate my letter into
German? Or include one also in English.. Plus what is recommended about to send
money wise, and do you think I should hire someone to look is better ??

This is the address of the archives' information officer, Magister Julius
Sikorski. Again, English is OK, no German from an English-speaking country.
Do not send them any money in advance. The archives will tell you if you
need to pay a fee which would be time-related. The city offices won't
probably charge you anyhow.
