in a locality register of Niedersachsen of 1925 I found Tappenburg:
Tappenburg, a property in the destrict Wittlage, post office Hunteburg, railway station Hunteburg.
In the locality register of today (I have Muellers grosses deutsches Ortsbuch) there istn't any Tappenburg, so I assume Tappenburg belongs now to Hunteburg.
Hunteburg today is a place quarter of Bohmte and has the post area code 49163 and is nearby Minden.
