I am searching for the family Rodehorst. I am sorry but I do not
speak or write in German.

Hello Kathleen,
I've got nothing (only a hint) concerning the names, but some remarks to
location.

Rodehorst is the name of an old farm near to my place of residence.
In the writen history of our village there is mentioned a
"Hanss zur Rodehorst" and "Heine zu Rodenhorst" (16th century).

On a telephon-cd/Germany I found about 150 names "Rodehorst",
mainly in our area.
Another common family-name in this area: "Willenbockel" (as well
a name of a single old farm nearby).

Dorfmark, (between Soltau and Fallingbostel), Westenholz (!) south
of Fallingbostel.
Oberndorfmark (?) and Einzingen (!) probably old small
villages not existing anymore, near to Dorfmark, nowadays military
training area since 1936.
Fischendorf is part of Dorfmark
D�shop, south of Dorfmark
